**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.
- Assist in developing and maintaining brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of our visual content.
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, provide creative input, and contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs across various mediums.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a creative and dynamic team environment.
