**Responsibilities**:

- Get to know the Instantpay API and our platform capabilities to the finest details
- Coordinate with the clients for the API implementation.
- Provide support to clients for the API services.
- Ensure that our technical support is friendly and empathetic while providing solutions to problems accurately, timely, and consistently
- Handling client queries on mail and call.
- Maintain API documentation, examples, and FAQs to minimize contact rates
- Make suggestions on how to improve the API based on customer feedback
- Support the sales team from a technical standpoint during calls with potential partners
- Coordination with the internal department teams.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Good in coordination
- You know what an API is, you understand its usefulness.

**Education**:B.Tech (CS)/ BCA/M.Tech/MCA
