**Job Overview**:As a Graphic Designer and Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and cohesive designs across various mediums. This role combines traditional graphic design skills with expertise in motion graphics, ensuring our visual content stands out and captivates our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:Develop creative concepts and design assets for print and digital media, including but not limited to brochures, banners, social media graphics, and branding materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
Ensure consistency in design elements across different platforms and campaigns.

**Motion Design**:Create compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to enhance video content with engaging motion graphics and effects.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative motion design solutions to projects.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with the creative team, marketing professionals, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual communication. Provide design support for cross-functional projects, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing brand image.

**Quality Control**:Review and ensure the quality of all design and motion graphics deliverables, maintaining a high standard of visual excellence.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and motion projects.

Proficiency in industry-standard design and motion software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).

Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
