**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret conceptual sketches, rough drawings, or specifications provided by engineers, architects, or designers.
- Utilize CAD software and traditional drafting tools to create accurate and detailed technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project requirements throughout the drafting process.
- Incorporate changes and revisions to existing drawings as directed by project stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, designers, and other professionals to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Communicate clearly to clarify design intent and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the drafting process.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless integration of drawings across disciplines.

**Requirements**:

- Architect (Assistant) Diploma or B.Arch. with a minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Civil Engineer skilled in drafting and estimation work (bill of quantities) with a Diploma/B.Tech and at least 3 years of experience.
- 3D Designer, proficient in rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a Diploma/B.Arch.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Drafting Technology or related field from a polytechnic or equivalent institution.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit).
- Strong understanding of drafting standards, conventions, and formatting requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drawing scales, dimensions, and annotations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
