we're seeking a skilled Loan Recovery Agent to recover outstanding loans from defaulting customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Contact and follow up with defaulting customers

Negotiate payment plans and settlements

Conduct field visits to recover loans

Maintain accurate records of recovery efforts

**Requirements**:
1-2 years of experience in loan recovery or collections

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
