Stratigi 360 is a dynamic and fast-growing company with a strong presence in the global trading and commodities sector. We are currently looking for an experienced **Sugar Trader - Physical** to join our team and help us expand our footprint in the physical sugar trading market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with sugar producers, suppliers, and buyers.
- Manage end-to-end trading processes including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, logistics, and delivery.
- Analyze global and domestic sugar markets to identify trading opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to enhance trading strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of trades.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3-4 years of experience in physical sugar trading (domestic and international markets preferred).**:

- Proven track record in sourcing and selling sugar across various regions.
- Strong network of industry contacts in India and abroad.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with contract terms, pricing mechanisms, and logistics related to sugar trading.

**Salary**:
₹15,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
