1. Primary duties of a Junior Resourcer are to identify, screen and guide clinicians throughout the process of transition to the UK or Ireland.

3. Foster long term relationships with clinicians through daily calls and using our internal resources.

4. Getting in touch with doctors / consultants through social media.

6. Interacting with London office frequently to cater to their specific requirements.

7. Develop and manage different channels of recruitment to ensure availability of clinicians throughout the year

**Skills required**:
1. Excellent communication skills, able to speak English fluently.

2. Empathy, listening skills, patience and able to understand the doctor’s queries.

4. Well organised and professional.

6. Develop content for social media, engage with the key demographic through Facebook and events.

**Requirements**:
1) Any bachelors or post-graduate degree.

2) Minimum 6 months of experience in headhunting, HR, resourcing, BPO, KPO.

3) Should have proven track record of achieving set KPIs and taking an initiative to increase their KRAs.

**Additional Requirements**:
1. Any experience working in overseas recruitment will be highly appreciated.

**We offer incentive scheme which offers highly attractive incentives on every clinician placed in the UK or Ireland. There is no threshold on incentives that you can earn every month.**

**Work Schedule**
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 am to 06:00 pm.
- Weekends are non-working days.
