Position: Housing QC Inspector for Neom Project - Saudi Arabia

Salary**:3000 - 4500 SAR**

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct regular inspections of residential construction sites to monitor workmanship and materials.
- Verify that construction methods comply with approved plans and specifications.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the construction process.
- Identify and document non-conformance issues, and work with teams to develop corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, including findings, photographs, and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and any corrective actions taken.
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Ensure that all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

**Requirements**:
1. Conduct quality control inspections, ensure compliance with standards, and report maintenance issues.
2. Diploma in Facility Management or related field, 3+ years of inspection experience, GCC experience preferred.
3. Proficiency in inspection software, knowledge of safety and compliance standards, and ability to generate detailed reports.

Pay: ₹66,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
