**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct soft skills training sessions for new hires and existing employees in an international voice process.
- Develop and implement training modules, materials, and assessment plans.
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance and provide necessary feedback.
- Conduct refresher training programs to enhance communication, customer handling, and interpersonal skills.
- Work closely with the operations and quality teams to identify training needs and gaps.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Handle escalations and provide resolutions to customer queries and concerns during training.
- Maintain training records and generate reports for management review.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** as a **Soft Skills Trainer** in an **International Voice Process.**:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct interactive and engaging training sessions.
- Experience in developing training materials and performance assessments.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work in **night shifts** or **rotational shifts** as per business requirements.
