10+ years’ experience in SAP BASIS/Netweaver/ABAP Application Server monitoring and Administration.
- Knowledge on any SAP New Dimension products like BW, Portal,CRM, SRM, CPI/IS or Solution Manager.
- Good experience as DBA on HANA, Sybase and Maxdb.
- Experience in Technical Upgrades and DB upgrades.
- Experience in activities like Refresh/Client copy, Kernel upgrades and Patching.
- Detailed Technical experience in SAP BASIS and HANA systems administrations.
- Expertise in HANA Administration, troubleshooting, Performance Tuning etc.
- Experience in HANA High Availability and Disaster recovery.
- Good experience in support of Archiving from Basis point of view.
- Working with change tools to maintain client SLAs.
- Willing to work in 24x7 environments
- Relevant SAP Certification would be a plus.
- Experience in SAP Solution manager and CPI/IS would be a plus
- Evaluate Early Watch/Service Level reports and come up with an action plan to address the gaps on an ongoing basis
- Perform Client Copies/System Refreshes to support QA testing
- Knowledge of Transport Management System configurations & Charm
- Work with Unix/Storage and Network teams to configure systems and troubleshoot
