Position Title: Factory Supervisor (Night Shift)

Location: Virar East

Department: Manufacturing/Production

Reports To: Plant Manager/Production Manager

Job Summary:
The Factory Supervisor (Night Shift) oversees night shift production, ensuring smooth operations, meeting targets, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise night shift staff and production activities.
- Coordinate with day shift supervisor for seamless transitions.
- Ensure product quality through regular inspections.
- Enforce safety regulations and conduct safety trainings.
- Manage inventory and resource allocation.
- Track and report on production performance metrics.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma; degree in industrial engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing/production.
- Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, effective communication, knowledge of manufacturing processes, proficiency in production management software.

Working Conditions:
