**Skills / Knowledge**:

- Achieve sales targets set by the company and increase the sales figures with every passing year. Understand the demographics of the territory and devise medical product sales strategies as per the territory.
- Build and foster a thriving relationship with hospitals, doctors, medical staff and other prospective buyers.
- Selling the company's medications to physicians, pharmacists, and other pertinent medical experts.
- Making appointments with physicians, pharmacists, and other medical experts to promote brand name medicines.
- Developing an extensive understanding of company medications.
- Establishing and preserving positive business relationships with clients to promote
- repeat business.
- Following up on leads the company has generated.
- Investigating the medicines of rival companies and each one's market performance.
- Reviewing sales performance and writing reports.
- Develop and implement brand strategies with the sales team to provide a unified marketing message.
- Adhering to company policies and timing and number of calls daily.
