Designation - Company Secretary & Legal Manager Job Location - Ambawadi, Ahmedabad Salary - 8 to 10 Lac CTC (Depend on experience and current CTC) Eligibility Criteria - Graduation In Company Secretary with 3 to 5 years experience in Legal and CS work in Corporate sector. this profile. Skills and qualifications - 1) Well-versed in legal terminology and operations 2) Strong understanding of corporate law, trademark, Copyrights & other Intellectual property and legal defense strategies 3) Knowledge of current legislation practices. 4) Crisis management experience. 5) Critical thinking and multitasking abilities. 6) Excellent oral and written communication skills. **Job Description**: - Legal 7) Coordination with legal consultants / Advocates related to legal matters and brief them about the matter 8) Supervise and advise in designing of trademarks and proceedings for trademark prosecution 9) Liasoning with government entities. 10) Manage Cases/ Notices/ Commercial disputes / Legal matters 11) Drafting of various legal contracts, legal notices, etc. as per requirements 12) Negotiate Settlement Terms. 13) Guide management through litigation processes when required Company Secretary: 14) Ensuring the compliances of the company and the board of directors with the relevant laws, rules & regulations. 15) Providing legal, financial and strategic advice during meetings. 16) Advise directors and members on corporate governance matters. 17) Keeping up to date with regulatory, statutory and policy changes. 18) Ensure policies are up to date and are approved. 19) Implementation of processes and systems to compliance with the legislation. Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Morning shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
