**Key Responsibilities**

**Greet visitors, clients, and executives with professionalism and warmth**

**Maintain the front office environment with a focus on calm, order, and aesthetics**

**Handle incoming calls, visitor management systems, and appointment scheduling**

**Support internal meetings with coordination, room setup, and basic hospitality**

**Ensure an impeccable level of personal presentation and communication at all times**

**Requirements**:
**Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Hospitality, Business, Communications preferred)**

**0-1 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or administrative support**

**Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)**

**Strong organizational ability and attention to detail**

**Impeccable grooming and a composed, service-oriented personality**
