**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to conceptualize and create compelling designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Edit and improve upon existing graphics, ensuring a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Produce original designs, illustrations, infographics, and layouts as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to consistently deliver fresh ideas.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Ensure all design projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to take creative direction and feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience in web design.
- Familiarity with print production processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred.
