**Job Title: PRT / TGT Hindi Teacher**

**LOCATION : FARIDABAD**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching Hindi**:

- **TGT**: Teach Hindi to middle and high school students (Grades VI-VIII ), covering grammar, literature, composition, and more.
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials that align with the curriculum and cater to the learning needs of all students.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive, disciplined, and interactive learning environment.
- Encourage students to actively participate in discussions, activities, and language games.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, nurturing space for learning.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Regularly assess students’ language skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Conduct tests, assignments, and quizzes to evaluate progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and address any learning difficulties.
- **Student Development**:

- Identify and address students’ individual learning needs, offering additional support where necessary.
- Motivate students to improve their Hindi language skills and develop an interest in the language and culture.
- Encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities like Hindi debates, recitations, and cultural programs.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students' progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to support the academic and personal growth of students.
- **Professional Growth**:

- Attend teacher training programs, workshops, and educational seminars to improve teaching techniques and stay updated on the latest pedagogical trends.
- Engage in continuous professional development to refine language teaching methods and classroom strategies.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hindi (B.A. in Hindi) or equivalent, with a B.Ed.
- **Experience**:

- Previous teaching experience in a primary or secondary school setting is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in Hindi language (both written and spoken).
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to design engaging lessons and educational materials.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with students, parents, and colleagues.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
