**JOB DETAILS**:
Title: Company Secretary

Location: Hitech city, Hyderabad.

1. Must have experience in ROC compliances.

2. Hands on experience in RBI compliances.

3. Able to handle board meetings over Video/Conference calls with clients.

4. FEMA regulations and should have handled Secretarial work.

5. Able to handle Annual filings.

6. Knowledge on Tools like XBRL, Computax, Webtex etc. would be an added advantage

7. LLB is an added advantage.

**Professional Qualification**:
Qualified / Semi Qualified Company Secretary (Training completion mandatory)

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
