We are seeking a visionary Solution Architect with deep expertise in Machine Learning, Data Analysis, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). This role is not just about designing solutions but also about rolling up your sleeves and working hands-on with the latest technologies. You will be instrumental in architecting and building state-of-the-art AI-driven BOT solutions that redefine how enterprises interact with their customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Architect and design scalable, cloud-based solutions for Voice BOT and Chat BOT systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers and data scientists, guiding them in the implementation of AI and machine learning models.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance our product offerings.
- Provide hands-on support in coding, model development, and data analysis when needed.
- Ensure the solutions are robust, secure, and optimized for performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, ideally within the areas of machine learning, data analysis, LLMs, and NLP.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and experience with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI and Hugging Face.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, Java.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A track record of successfully leading teams and delivering innovative solutions.

Pay: ₹1,850,475.30 - ₹3,275,514.69 per year
