**Location**:Welmade Locking System Private Limited, B 4 Functional electronics estate C-9 ( 10 ) MIDC, Bhosari, Pune.
- Manage electronic development quality control.
- Planning & execution of Electronic inspection methods & equipment with equipment manufacturer.
- Electronic Measuring system procurement.
- Setup IQC, In-process, FI & FG inspection by confirming specifications.
- Follow & maintain Development process flow.
- Development stage gate validation.
- Planning & execution of PPAP.
- Preparation of FW like SOP, WI, QD & QF.
- Lead Supplier assessment programme.
- Planning & execution of Internal/Customer Rejection analysis. And corrective and preventive actions on it.
- Approves in process production by confirming specifications, conducting visuals and measurement test, rejecting & Monitor and review the rejection/ rework level.
- Document inspection results by completing reports & logs, summarizing rework & waste; input data in quality data base.
- Conduct supplier/process audit as per define standard.
- Monitor and review the rejection/ rework level.
- Methodical handover of development part/ process.
- CFT handling & dispute resolving.
- Diploma/ BE Electronics or Mechanical with minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in EL Development Quality Assurance Function.
- Shall have exposure of ISO/TS, PPAP Handover & other QA tools.
- Good analytical, Escalation & Communication Skills.
- Shall have exposure of CFT handling.
- Knowledge of EL testing & standards.
- Good Drawing reading skills.
