Floater Promoter

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced **Floater Promoters** to join our retail operations team. As a floater promoter, you will be responsible for promoting Stove Kraft products across multiple store locations in Bengaluru, ensuring optimal brand visibility, engaging with customers, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent Stove Kraft products across various retail outlets as assigned.
- Demonstrate product features to potential customers and answer queries.
- Drive product awareness, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
- Maintain displays, ensure product availability, and collect customer feedback.
- Submit daily reports and updates on performance and market feedback.
- Coordinate with store managers and internal sales teams.
- Travel between different retail locations as per scheduling requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** as a promoter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to drive sales.
- Willingness to travel across various store locations in Bengaluru.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
