**Key Responsibilities**:
**User Interface and Experience Design**:

- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design improvements.

**Interaction Design**:

- Define and design user interactions, transitions, and animations to improve engagement and usability.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions.

**Design System Development**:

- Build and maintain a comprehensive design system with reusable components, typography, colors, and other design assets.
- Ensure consistency across all digital products by enforcing design guidelines and standards.

**User Experience Architecture**:

- Map out user journeys, workflows, and information architecture to enhance user experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, and process flows for user-centric solutions.

**Testing & Usability Specialist**:

- Conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and intuitiveness of designs.
- Gather and analyze feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure a seamless user experience across devices and platforms.

**Collaboration and Implementation**:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to implement designs effectively.
- Use collaboration tools like Jira and Microsoft Teams to streamline workflows.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, interaction design, or usability testing.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects and designs.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, with experience in creating reusable components and prototypes.
- Knowledge of usability testing methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Jira and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with accessibility standards and testing.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
