Finance Operations Associate

**About The Role**:
The Operations Associate would be responsible for handling all operational and banking documents, establishing best practices, and driving continuous process improvement. He/She/They would be the go-to person accountable for accuracy of various internal metrics

Roles and Responsibility
- Work in close collaboration with the Sales and Risk Team to ensure smooth and timely operational workflow.
- Oversee Export document handling process and banking operations.
- Handle transactional flow, responsible for accurately processing invoice funding
- Coordinating and communicating with clients regarding any banking related query, building and maintaining relationships
- Will be provided with opportunities to venture beyond day-to-day tasks, work on ad-hoc projects in close liaison with other departments
Requirements/ Skills Needed:
- Proficiency in Excel required.
- Education background in business, finance or related field preferred
- Highly attentive to detail and comfortable with numbers
- Prior experience or internships is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and eagerness to wear different hats
- Proactiveness and adaptability
- Integrity
