**Reports To**: Head of Data Science

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deploy **machine learning models** for classification, regression, and predictive analytics.
- Conduct **A/B testing**, **propensity modeling**, and advanced statistical analysis to support business decisions.
- Build and maintain **dashboards and visualization reports** using **Tableau**, **Power BI**, or **Quicksight**.
- Automate data extraction and processing using tools like **Python**, **Selenium**, and **UiPath**.
- Work with **cloud platforms** (AWS, GCP) and manage large datasets using **Athena, BigQuery, or MySQL**.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve marketing ROI and customer acquisition strategies.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business performance and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Proven experience (5-10 years) in **Data Science, Machine Learning, or Predictive Analytics**.
- Strong knowledge of **Python, R, and SQL**.
- Hands-on experience with **data visualization tools** - Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight, or Excel.
- Experience in **cloud platforms** - AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda) and GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage).
- Proficiency in **statistical modeling, clustering, NLP, and regression techniques**.
- Experience with **automation tools** like Selenium and UiPath.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- **Master’s degree** in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- **Certifications**: Python for Data Science (IIT Madras), Six Sigma Yellow Belt (VMEdu Inc), preferred.
