Varthagam International, a leading clothing manufacturing company based in Tirupur, is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for translating our customers' graphic requirements into visually appealing designs for our clothing products. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a key role in enhancing our brand image and satisfying our customers' needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer graphic requirements for clothing designs.
- Create visually appealing and innovative graphic designs using various software tools and techniques.
- Develop design concepts, sketches, and layouts based on customer specifications and brand guidelines.
- Prepare digital or print-ready files for production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
- Continuously research and stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools.
- Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, incorporate revisions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless execution of design concepts on clothing products.
- Maintain organized files and records of design projects for future reference and easy retrieval.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the clothing manufacturing or fashion industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Familiarity with printing processes and file formats for different production techniques is an advantage.
- Knowledge of garment design and printing techniques will be highly beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
