Job Title: Internship Program (Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, and Special Education)

Location: Tulsipur, Balrampur

Duration: 6 months

Eligibility:

- Graduate freshers or students in their final year of graduation.
- Interest in Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, or Special Education.

Program Overview:
This internship program offers hands-on experience in Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, and Special Education, aiming to provide comprehensive exposure to therapeutic practices for individuals with disabilities. Interns will work directly with professionals and beneficiaries, gaining valuable insights into inclusive education and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Physiotherapists in community-based and center-based therapy sessions.
- Support Speech Therapy sessions under the supervision of certified therapists.
- Participate in Special Education sessions focusing on children with hearing or visual impairments.
- Collaborate with senior staff to track beneficiary progress using GiftAbled's Goonjan software.
- Engage in training programs designed to enhance therapy and special education skills.
- Help with administrative tasks, documentation, and report preparation.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduation in any discipline or currently pursuing final year.
- Passion for working in the disability sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of therapy and special education is preferred but not mandatory.
