The purpose of the role will be to perform key activities (as described below) supporting FPA& teams, across all products and countries. The goal is to create, maintain and execute solutions such as visualization dashboards, transformation workflows etc. to make processes more efficient and provide analytical insights leveraging the Citi data. **Job Background/Context**: Citi is a leading global financial services company. Knowledge of Python and R will be an added advantage Good analytical acumen with 8-12 years prior work experience of working on digitization projects **Education**: Professional degree equivalent to BE/CA/MBA Finance. Master’s Degree Preferable **Skills**: Effective communication skills and Interpersonal skills (ability to work with colleagues at all levels across multiple locations) Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail is an essential part of the job Adaptability, multitasking, ability to learn and desire to develop and improve by challenging status quo **Key Responsibilities**: Identify and execute opportunities to enhance data/analytical capability and drive efficiency of the reporting processes Plan and execute projects that will enable more consistent & transparent management reporting across Citi businesses around the globe Collaborate on projects that encompass multiple regions & products Manage small to medium sized teams to execute key transformation and re-engineering initiatives, collaborate extensively in standardizing, automating management reporting needs through: **Visualization/Dashboarding for Finance data Analytics**: Understanding the requirements from finance teams and transforming the same into a wireframe for dashboard Finalizing the data structure required for the dashboard and creating automated workflow using KNIME to transform the data into required data asset Create dashboards using Tableau, test it and deploy them in production Continually identify and be part of improvement opportunities across reporting, analytics, and tool-related activities Maintain existing data assets and dashboards Extract the required data and run the transformations to refresh the data assets as per required frequency Perform checks to ensure proper data quality for data assets in production Support deployment of dashboards developed by resources outside of Digital team (Citizen led development) Cater to the enhancement requests and fixes for the existing dashboards Provide consultation and support to teams across FP&A working on Digital tools **Education Level**: BE/CA/MBA Finance, Master's Degree **Grade/Level**: C12 **Primary Location**: APAC-IND-MH-Mumbai **Employee Status**: Regular **Schedule**: Full-time **Travel**: No **Shift**: Day Job/EMEA/LATAM **Relocation**: No -------------------------------------------- - **Job Family Group**: Finance -------------------------------------------- - **Job Family**: Financial Planning & Analysis ------------------------------------------------- - **Time Type**: ------------------------------------------------- - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
