**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule, and post engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, etc.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages; respond or escalate as appropriate.
- Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar for content scheduling.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure all content is on-brand and optimized for engagement.
- Track key metrics and analyze the performance of campaigns using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and native platform analytics.
- Assist in creating and running paid social media campaigns.
- Optimize posts using appropriate hashtags, and SEO-friendly captions to increase reach and visibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform algorithm changes.

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficient in content scheduling and publishing tools.
- Understanding of how to grow followers and increase engagement organically.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
