**W**hat You Will Do**:
Solve technical doubts in 1 on 1 sessions with the students.

Help students by providing them feedback on their course progress.

Set weekly goals/tasks for the students.

Motivate the students if they are lagging behind.

Keep up to date on relevant trends in the tech and gaming industry.

You will act as a core contributor for student’s success

**Must Have**:
Someone with 2+ years of solid game development experience in any tech stack (C++, Data Structure, Unity, C#, Multiplayer).

Innovative problem-solving skills.

Experience with either of these

teaching at a coding boot camp,

being a teaching assistant in college,

creating educational content via YouTube,

mentoring junior developers, volunteering to teach

Great communication skills both verbal and written

**Good To Have**:
**What we expect**:
Someone who is ready to work with us for a minimum of 10 to 15 hours on a weekly basis.

Open to learn new ways of solving doubts of the students and guide them.
