**Role Overview**:
**We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 2-3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our project managers and clients to develop unique design concepts, prepare detailed design documentation, and ensure projects are executed to perfection.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Concept Development**: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling design concepts.
- **Design Execution**: Create detailed floor plans, mood boards, and 3D renderings using industry-standard design software.
- **Project Coordination**: Work with vendors, architects, and contractors to ensure design integrity and quality during project execution.
- **Trend Research**: Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design to bring fresh ideas to our projects.
- **Documentation**: Prepare accurate design documentation, material specifications, and presentations for client approvals.
- **Budget & Timeline Management**: Assist in managing project budgets and timelines to ensure deliverables are met efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2-3+ years in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on residential and/or commercial projects.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
- **Creativity**: Strong visual communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- **Collaboration**: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to manage multiple projects, troubleshoot design challenges, and deliver innovative solutions.
