**Job Description - Guest Relation Executive (GRE)**

**Position**: Guest Relation Executive
**Department**: Front Office / Guest Services
**Reports To**: Front Office Manager / Guest Relations Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Build strong guest relationships to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for guest requirements.
- Maintain accurate guest records and prepare reports as required.
- Assist VIP guests with special services, ensuring personalized experiences.
- Monitor guest feedback and ensure high guest satisfaction scores.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in guest services/front office in hotels or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasing personality with a guest-first attitude.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Position**: Hostess
**Department**: Food & Beverage / Restaurant
**Reports To**: Restaurant Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Manage restaurant reservations and maintain seating arrangements efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest service.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate restaurant information.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception/hostess desk.
- Upsell promotions, special menus, or events to guests.
- Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or hospitality certification (Hotel Management preferred).
- Prior experience as a hostess in restaurants/hospitality is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and evening schedules.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
