Position: Psychologist

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct in-depth psychological assessments to diagnose and understand clients' emotional, cognitive, and behavioral concerns.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address clients' specific needs.

Provide empathetic and compassionate counseling to individuals, couples, and families, fostering a safe and supportive environment.

Utilize exceptional writing and research skills to document case notes, progress reports, and contribute to research projects and publications.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in psychological research and treatment methodologies to ensure the highest standard of care.

Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and counselors, to provide comprehensive and holistic care to clients.

Actively participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to establish a rapport with clients, earning their trust, and helping them navigate through their challenges effectively.

Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and adhere to professional codes of conduct.

Promote mental health awareness and destigmatize seeking help through community engagement and educational initiatives.

Qualifications:
MPhil in Psychology or MA/MSc in Psychology

Demonstrated experience in conducting psychological assessments and providing individual therapy.

Proficient in using evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.

Excellent writing and research skills, with the ability to contribute to research projects and publications.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with clients and work collaboratively with the team.

Empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to client care.

Understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity and its impact on mental health.

Ability to adapt to changing environments and work effectively under pressure.

Committed to maintaining ethical and professional standards in all aspects of work.

**Salary**: ₹9,026.89 - ₹47,916.23 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
