**Telecaller (Night Shift)**:

- This role involves promotional activities and engaging with US clients to promote our services/products effectively.

**Employment Type**:
Contractual (Minimum 6 Months)

**Work Mode**:
Remote

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to US clients for promotional activities.
- Communicate product/service details and generate interest.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach while handling client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Record and update client information in the database.
- Meet daily/weekly targets as set by the management.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Prior experience dealing with international clients (preferably US).
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in BPO, telemarketing, or sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call management software.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
