**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create Line sheet for new products by sourcing text from our external vendors/agencies and designing team.
- Convert images from available image libraries to web-ready images for upload on various platforms
- Check material, dimensions, content, instructions of products. Conduct regular quality checks
- Manage and execute promotion calendar - coordinating site banner creations with Designing team
- Maintain accurate information of new and existing product listings.
- Upload and re check Inventory on Ratan Jaipur Site and other websites
- Handle & Co Ordinate with Development team for any change to the site for promotions or new improvements
- Handle & Co Ordinate with Logistics Partner and Payment Merchant regularly
- Review various collections and manage product arrangements on E Commerce Platforms
- Work closely with cross functional teams Internal teams/clusters for marketplace, marketing and store operations to merchandise on-site on daily basis.
- Perform all aspects of online merchandising and link checks on the Ratan Jaipur Website
- Support the implementation of key strategic priorities in line with the company direction and the market merchandising framework
- Provide assortment inputs based on historical and current product performance.
- Analyze every aspect of best sellers and worst sellers, in season stock cover management and in season reactivity and provide recommendations based on analysis
- Provide support on new product photography and conversion to web-ready images.
- Provide support to functional areas for business processes such as forecasting, planning, and analysis of customer behaviour
- Maintain Data repository on pricing, Product Sales, sell through and other relevant information in order to track the KPI
- Draft social media posts Planning by co ordinating with internal teams for InstagraM/Facebook uploads.
- 3-5 years of previous experience in Online Merchandising and product listing management.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed university / college.
- Passion for E Commerce Operations and Revenue Building.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) a must
- Sound understanding of profit & loss management and sales reporting & analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent written English.
- A keen interest in online retailing
- Strong attention to detail to identify grammatical or technical errors in product content.

Must have:
Knowledge of shopify platform
