Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Instructor Training/OSINT SW Tools SME** to join our team

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Provide instructor training with a focus on software tools using OSINT Programs of Instruction (POI) approved by the AOO
- Seek continued relevance on new internet data sets and exploitation tools.
- Conduct training and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
- Develop, organize, and conduct training and educational programs for approved personnel.
- Provide research for national security, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, and biographic and targeted vulnerability.
- Establish and review course content and objectives for a well-integrated and unified OSINT training program.
- Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
- Update course documentation on a regular basis for timeliness and relevance.
- Provide research and recommend new training, educational, and multimedia technologies.
- Describe the capabilities and limitations of current and future PAI/CAI collection and exploitation technologies.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelors & 10+ years of experience, Masters & 8+ years of experience, or PhD or JD & 5+ years of experience
- Ability to plan, develop, and implement technical product training programs for customers, employees, and field support personnel, including standard repeatable modules, customized modules, and new product modules.
- Knowledge of customer and technical organizations, engineering, software, and product requirements to prepare training programs.
- Skills to prepare lesson plans and training materials; design product demonstrations; develop course content; determine methodology; and coordinate the development of training aids.
- Skills to conduct training sessions, conduct product demonstrations, and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required
