**Key Roles**:*

**Responsibilities**:
**Conceptualize and Design**: Develop creative concepts and designs for motion graphics projects that align with the company's brand and objectives.

**Animation**: Create compelling animations and motion graphics sequences using industry-standard software (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc.).

**Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, video editors, and creative directors, to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into various projects. (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve)

**Storyboarding**: Develop storyboards and animatics to outline the flow and timing of motion graphics projects.

**Quality Control**: Ensure the quality and consistency of motion graphics content, adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications.

**Research and Innovation**: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team.

**Mentorship**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior motion graphics artists, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.

**Client Interaction**: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- 4 + years of professional experience in motion graphics design and animation.
- Proficient in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and other relevant tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and a keen eye for design.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in [Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve]

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
