We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Commis Chef** to join our team and grow within our establishment. The Commis Chef will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality meals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by senior chefs.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- **Kitchen Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and adherence to food safety regulations.
- **Learning & Improvement**:

- Take initiative to learn new skills, techniques, and recipes from senior chefs.
- Actively seek feedback and use it to improve performance.
- **Team Support**:

- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team, providing support wherever needed.
- Follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Ethics & Discipline**:

- Adhere to workplace ethics, maintaining professionalism and respect for all team members.
- Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- A strong sense of discipline and commitment to improving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent hygiene practices and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in a kitchen is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
