**Job Description:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs that promote learning and development.
- Create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children.
- Teacher should be able to feed the children, make children sleep, cook for children and engage with children during playtime, meals, and rest periods.
- Help in cleaning dishes and children clothes. Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Observe and assess each child’s development, providing feedback to parents and the daycare team.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff through effective communication.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan events, activities, and daily routines.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, attendance, and any incidents that occur.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
