**Position Title**: Operations Executive - Logistics

**Location:

- SATARA**

**Reports to**: Operations Manager / Logistics Manager.

**Department**: Logistics & Supply Chain.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Logistics Coordination**:
Oversee and manage day-to-day logistics operations, including scheduling shipments, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating deliveries.
Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation and delivery of goods to customers.
- **Vendor Management**:
Collaborate with external logistics providers, carriers, and suppliers to optimize routes, negotiate rates, and ensure high service standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics partners.
- **Inventory Management**:
Monitor stock levels, ensure inventory accuracy, and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain a balanced supply chain.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:
Prepare and manage all necessary logistics documentation, including shipping orders, bills of lading, customs paperwork, and invoices.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- **Performance Monitoring**:
Track and report key performance metrics, including delivery performance, costs, and inventory turnover.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- **Problem Solving**:
Address and resolve operational issues, delays, or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
Provide troubleshooting and solutions for shipping, warehousing, or delivery-related challenges.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
Work closely with sales, procurement, and customer service teams to coordinate logistics operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide logistics-related support for internal projects and special initiatives.
- **Educational Background**:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- **Experience**:
1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations (preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment).
Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and inventory software.
- **Skills**:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and use logistics analytics tools.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- Willingness to travel to warehouses, suppliers, or customer locations as needed.

**SALARY RANGE**:

- **2LPA TO 4 LPA**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,574.68 - ₹35,800.63 per month
