**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.)
- Create engaging posts, stories, and reels aligned with brand voice and objectives
- Schedule and publish content regularly using social media management tools
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
- Engage with the online community — respond to comments, messages, and mentions
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Support digital campaigns and promotional activities
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure visual consistency

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their trends
- Good communication and creative writing skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other content creation tools
- Analytical mindset with interest in tracking metrics and insights

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Knowledge of paid ad campaigns or influencer marketing
- Video editing and basic graphic design skills
