**Position: Personal Secretary for a Fashion Designer at Andheri (E), Mumbai.**
**Qualifications**: Graduate in any discipline
**Experience**: 5- 10 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, preferably to a celebrity.
**Other Skills required**: Should be proficient in MS Office. Google suite. Good communication skills are required.
**Job Role**:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners and Business Heads
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- ake minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Make arrangements for Parties & Celebrations as per occasions
- Keep track of credit card payments and other personal expenses
- Any other work that may come up with regard to organising and efficiently managing the executive’s time and work.
- Working 6 days a week.
**Salary**:
Rs.35,000 to 50,000 per month.
**Organisation**: An Indian menswear luxury fashion house that creates and retails (online and offline) high fashion garments for men.
