**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and articulate **Program Outreach Executive** with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. This role involves directly engaging with students, parents, and stakeholders to explain our educational programs, resolve queries, and support program enrollment and engagement. You’ll act as a key bridge between our academic offerings and the learners we serve.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clearly explain program structures, benefits, and outcomes to students, parents, or institutional partners.
- Conduct outreach calls, webinars, or in-person sessions to promote courses and learning tracks.
- Handle inquiries related to program curriculum, schedules, fees, and learning support.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Academic, Sales, Support) to ensure a smooth onboarding and learning experience.
- Assist in preparing presentations, FAQs, and program materials.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and feedback.

**Required Skills**:

- 1-2 years of experience in EdTech, counseling, academic coordination, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex educational content in a simple, relatable way.
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, CRM systems, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, learner-first attitude.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience in student engagement or educational counseling.
- Prior work in an EdTech company or academic institution.
- Multilingual abilities or regional language fluency (if applicable).
