**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support both the Procurement and Accounts functions at our B S Halli facility. The role serves as a bridge between these departments—handling vendor coordination, purchase documentation, and BOM (Bill of Materials) creation—ensuring seamless material flow, cost accuracy, and compliance with company processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing and evaluating vendors based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice verification, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and update Bills of Materials (BOM) in coordination with Engineering and Production teams.
- Raise purchase requests and orders in ERP systems, ensuring alignment with budget and approval processes.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and material receipts.
- Ensure all procurement transactions adhere to company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support cost tracking and assist in monthly procurement-related reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Stores, Quality, and Accounts) to ensure smooth operations.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Understanding of BOM structure and material mapping.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Awareness of basic accounting concepts, taxation, and purchase terms.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering (B.Com/BBA/B.E./B.Tech preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in procurement, accounts coordination, or related functions in a manufacturing setup.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
