**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements as per applicable accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS).
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, etc.).
- Handle audits (Statutory, Internal, Tax) and coordinate with auditors.
- Manage and supervise the accounting team and review day-to-day financial transactions.
- Budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and external consultants as needed.
- Monitor cash flows, working capital, and fund planning.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum **7 years of relevant post-qualification experience** in accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance.
- Proficiency in **Tally, Excel, and accounting ERP systems**.
- Strong understanding of **Indian taxation laws**, corporate finance, and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience in handling a team is preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
