**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Inform customers about company's products/services and offers.
- Identifies business opportunities from given prospects.
- Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.
- Talk to customers and Follow-up the Leads converting the leads into sales.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.
- Repo building with the clients and centers.
- Working on telesales/customer support.
- Resolve customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the team.
- Maintain a pleasant working environment for your team

**Qualification**:Graduate/Post Graduate/Diploma

**Salary**: Variable take home+ incentives

**Job Type**: Target Based and Remote Job

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
