Housekeeping Supervisor

**Minimum Experience : 3 years**

**Qualification : Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management**

**Staff Management**:
**Supervision**: Directly oversee the housekeeping staff, including room attendants, janitors, and other cleaning personnel.
**Training**: Train new employees on company standards, cleaning procedures, and safety protocols.
**Scheduling**: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of personnel.

**Quality Control**:
**Inspection**: Regularly inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
**Feedback**: Provide constructive feedback to housekeeping staff to maintain and improve performance.

**Inventory Management**:
**Supplies**: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, ensuring an adequate stock is maintained.
**Equipment**: Oversee the maintenance and proper use of cleaning equipment.

**Communication**:
**Coordination**: Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure a seamless operation.
**Communication**: Relay information and updates to housekeeping staff and other relevant departments.

**Compliance**:
**Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure that housekeeping operations comply with health and safety regulations, as well as any other relevant industry standards.
**Policies**: Enforce company policies related to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.

**Training and Development**:
**Continuous Improvement**: Implement ongoing training programs to improve the skills and efficiency of the housekeeping team.
**Adaptation**: Stay informed about industry best practices and new technologies to enhance housekeeping operations.

**Emergency Response**:
**Emergency Procedures**: Develop and implement emergency response plans for situations such as spills, accidents, or other incidents.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
