**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions via phone.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and foster customer satisfaction.
- Accurately log call details and manage customer accounts within CRM systems.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex queries as needed.
- Adhere to call handling metrics and quality standards for the international voice process.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in an international call center or BPO, is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
- Ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work night shifts and in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
