About The Role
We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Communications Intern to learn and assist with our communications and marketing efforts as per client requirements.
**Key responsibilities**:
Support in creation of digital content for social channels (e.g. Social Media
- YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram etc.)
Support in developing strategies with the team to increase followership and engagement
Conduct research to study social trends, current benchmark patterns, and consumer behavior
Plan the brands’ social media programming with the team based on monthly cadence, BAU, festive and marketing calendar
Manage end-to-end social media documents including reports, content decks and calendars
Researching creator landscape and brands making a noise and staying on top of local trends
Coordinate and work closely with content creators to fulfill the campaign needs
Closely with with the design team to fulfill the social media content cadence
**Skills**:
Well adapted with the news & workings of the entertainment industry and pop culture nuances
Has the ability to learn and encourage teams to collaborate and help meet short deadlines
Quick and enthusiastic learner
**Qualifications and Prior Experience**:
Native understanding of digital advertising and social media (organic social, mobile, paid social, display, rich media, VOD) with good grasp of marketing
Prior experience working with bloggers, artists, and talent is a bonus
Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
Student/ Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field
You are a creative thinker
You have an excellent grasp on writing, content, social media marketing, and building digital communities.
Your organizational skills reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
You like paying attention to detail (and are great at it)
You have strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
You have demonstrated proactive approaches to creating new avenues on editorial content
You can adapt to various competing demands on parallel projects
