
Admin Accounts Executive

1. Manage all the Administration related works on daily basis 2. Looking after day to day office activities, record attendance 3. Managing front desk along with dispatch & housekeeping staff and supplies 4. Taking Instructions from Branch Manager 5. Booking & Managing the Training, Meeting Programs and other official activities. 6. Maintenance, replacement & repaired office assets 7. Arrangements of all Stationary, House Keeping, Tea, Coffee, Snacks, lunch & First Aid 8. Act as a central point of reference for internal and external queries, ensuring that messages are recorded and rep orted on in a timely manner, including contact with staff and managers 9. Managing all out Office and Ad hoc activities.
- _Ensure timely receipting of all the payments received._
- _Ensure accurate depositing for all the admissions, instalments, payments, received._
- _Review and track the key metrices on regular basis and generate various reports. Ensure closure of any pending transactions on a FIFO basis._
- _On-time fee deposition in the bank (Cash, Cheques, DDs) Managing of PDCs and their timely deposition and posting._
- _Daily Cash reconciliation with accounts and bank._
- _In case of Payments /Receipts Clarifying of doubts of students and parents_
- _Liaison with Head Office in Delhi for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers._
- _Handling some assigned administrative responsibilities._
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
