Full Job Description
- Role: Team Member of Center of Excellence Operating from on-site being part of client’s IT Strategy team - COE Cloud
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in software design and development. [for Expert role and 15+year experience for Master role]
- Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering.
- Technical Experience (in the recent 5 years of work)
- Private Cloud computing experience is essential, in the recent 5 years of work.
- Opensource technologies experience - LINUX, GIT, in the recent 5 years of work.
- Extensive experience and advanced knowledge of the administration of KVM virtualization and OpenStack cloud technologies. Openstack architecture hands-on experience, in the recent 5 years of work.
- Knowledge of public cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is desirable. Strong Linux operating system skills and experience scripting automated tasks in a Linux supported language (e.g., Bash, C, Perl, Python, Java, or similar scripting languages) and programming experience. Extensive knowledge and experience in configuring and maintaining UNIX services (Kerberos, NFS, SSH, Samba, etc.) and other configuration management methodologies.
- Experience deploying software defined networks and anticipating future needs for hardware and software environments. Practical experience and advanced knowledge of routing, TCP/IP, and configuration VPNs.
- Demonstrated datacenter infrastructure Design expertise
- Ability to develop code in Shell scripting, Javascript, Python and C/C++ is essential
- Ability to develop code in Java, Ruby or GO programming is highly desirable.
- Knowledge on Chef, Ansible, Terraform to Automate deployment
- Deep understanding on Networking protocols and routing protocols - TCPIP, BGP, MPLS, VPNs
- SDN knowledge on SRIOV, OVS-DPDK, network design expertise is MUST
- Ability to work with and write openstack Code (written in python)
- Develop code with quality, scalability and extensibility
- Good Knowledge on Troubleshooting networks - using TCPDUMP etc.
- Good Knowledge on microservices/containers.
- Deep knowledge Kubernetes architecture knowledge
- Good Knowledge on HELM charts for docker container orchestration over Kubernetes.
- Good Knowledge on cloud network architecture and network fabrics
- Deep Knowledge on Cloud storage architecture - CEPH, SAN
- Experience in L2/L3 networking technologies.
- Technical Communication (in the recent 5 years of work)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills with an ability to work with all levels of management, cyber security personnel and customers. Experience utilizing a work ticket management system to distribute work, gather metrics, and efficiently respond to customer requests.
- Contribute to team design discussions with detailed technical information

- Technical Leadership (in the recent 3 years of work)
- Demonstrated experience leading and working with a technical team under time constraints. Knowledge of project management principles to set project scope, schedule, priorities, and deliverables.
- Ability to create reliable/repeatable procedures for production use. Record of setting direction and goals for yourself and other staff.
- Ability to work independently and willing to work with team members spread across the workstreams
- Willing to be perform operational support (24X7) on-call duties in rotation
- Identify strategic/tactical solutions and provides risk assessments and recommendations

**Salary**: ₹801,689.61 - ₹2,031,911.39 per year
