Job Title: Hospital Doctor

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospital Doctor to join our medical team. As a Hospital Doctor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients admitted to our hospital. Your primary duties will include diagnosing and treating various illnesses and injuries, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans, and ensuring the overall well-being of patients under your care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose medical conditions accurately.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare providers.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Perform medical procedures and interventions as required.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to aid in the diagnosis and management of patients.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding their medical conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high standards of patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
- Stay updated on advancements in medical knowledge and technologies through continued education and training.

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Valid medical license to practice as a doctor.
- Board certification or eligibility in a relevant medical specialty.
- Previous experience working as a doctor in a hospital setting is preferred.
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Dedication to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 per week
